Gibb Menswear

We went to Gibb Menswear today looking for some help in narrowing down our options with the hope of ordering Wedding suits to hire. After having called in the week to check if it was ok to come to the Ringwood store to try some suits on, we found that the Ringwood store had limited stock and that most was held at the Southbourne store-would have been helpful to be told this over the phone but no matter! We then went to the Southbourne store only to be frustrated by a very unhelpful Store Manager who was too busy mending a garment to offer us much in the way of help or to offer any suggestions. After spending nearly an hour trying to encourage some enthusiasm from the Manager, he offered us some waistcoats in completely the wrong size to try, reluctantly allowed us to try the navy blue suits and appeared lacklustre through the whole experience. Needless to say we will not be ordering our Wedding suits from here!

Have used them for years for hire - always prompt, polite, cheerful and quality too in the clothes they provide. Would recommend their personal touch too, good to support family business out of Southbourne and Ringwood

lovely shop in ringwood, very helpful service there, a nice traditional mens shop, not many left unfortunately. will certainly go back again before my wife insists on dragging me around shopping centres which i hate. as always you find what you want on your doorstep! thank you.
