First class service and customer service. Neil confirmed appointment and arrived on time.
Very professional, efficient and a clean job. Respected our property and was happy to give advice. Messaged us a few days after the service to confirm everything was ok and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be using Neil to service our boiler and gas fire annually.

Excellent communication-looked smart,removed his shoes…boiler report straight to my phone…he was friendly and professional..wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and have booked him in to do another job in January..so refreshing to find someone local who is not only good at what he does but reliable too!!!
