My specialisms include fat loss, building muscle and improving fitness.

I offer one-off personal training sessions as well as a range of packages to suit all requirements and budgets.

I have really enjoyed working with Georgia over the last few months. She is results orientated, supportive, motivational and gave me some great nutritional advice too. She tailored my Online Coaching to meet my needs and provided a lot of variety with the types of workouts she gave me. I've lost weight and have gained a new appreciation for an active lifestyle whilst still enjoying the occassional treat and meal out. Her approach is truly sustainable!

I’ve been training with Georgia for 4 weeks and I’ve already noticed such a change in my fitness & motivation levels. Before I was working out 5 times a week with no real goals or structure. Now I know what I have planned each day and I’m excited to start each week. My main focus at the moment is running and I’ve already seen such improvements in both my runs - I’m consistently hitting faster paces than I’ve been able to in years and I’m enjoying doing so!
Georgia always replies quickly to any questions I have and really makes sure that my workouts fit in with my lifestyle - if I have to jiggle some around that’s fine and she advises the best way to do so.
I’d highly recommend Georgia as a coach - both for some guidance & structure but also to understand how you can incorporate fitness into your life, not the other way round!
