Terrible service from incompetent morons. I took my car in for the tracking always exactly I was told it was done only to find they had done nothing at all. They tried again and again but they just couldn’t do it. I ended up taking it to protyre in Maldon and they fixed it exactly, first time. Do not bother with these idiots !

Fantastic service received. Very friendly and helpful, with sound advice provided on our issues. Our new tyres were ordered in for the next day and we received speedy service on both our visits.

Poor value pricing of tyres compared to other local suppliers

Never ever take your car tracking here. They advertise they use “state of the art” computer tracking. They were using a scaffolding tube and a hammer on my mini ffs ! I’ve never seen that in my life ! I took it to another place after and they said it’s miles out. What damage they did I don’t know. DO NOT USE !!!

Phoned for a quote of break pads and discs with vat and labour for my car and got the quote of £110. Phoned to book a week later and said break pads and disc's and said they said come in and we will get it sorted. Got there and said i got the i got quoted £110 for vat, labour, brake pads and disc and they said that was wrong. They only quoted me for the pads. That was not what i asked for. So it went to £170 including discs and then i had to wait as they never ordered them in which messed by whole day up. When i finally got there to pay i got told £204!!! Asked why it was so high and they said its the vat. Once again they never listened! I ask for a price including VAT AND LABOUR. There customer service is shocking! Not once from the very first call did they listen. I also dont think they know what they are talking about due to, when i asked what normal makes the breaks shutter when breaking they said its the discs.!! Once again never listen.
