George Nicolson Decorators

2024 sees George Nicolson reach our 52nd year of being in business. Our approach is about being organised and setting high standards. We continue to achieve this through years of ensuring these values are ingrained throughout the organisation. Another very important part of our approach is training, allowing us to retain and enhance our standards through a programme of improvement and opportunity which is in place year on year. A unique part of our management structure is that we have a number of fully qualified painters and decorators who are also trained site managers. This is an integral part of ensuring we have the capabilities to meet clients needs and expectations when operating as a main contractor and also when we undertake larger decorating projects. All our site staff are directly employed and operate to a strict code of customer service. We also operate a company identification and work wear scheme. We are a member of the Scottish Decorator's Federation and Acclaim SSIP approved. We are proud to have achieved numerous awards over several years in recognition of our skilled and dedicated workforce ranging from apprentices through to management.
