Quality shower unit and quality service!

Just before lockdown, we were having problems with our showers thermostat system. The team at George Jones bathroom showroom was very helpful and supported me while I tried to fix it myself. In the end Mike at the shop suggested that I purchase a new Grohe shower unit given the problems I was encountering and offered a good and reliable plumber to replace our shower unit, which did not take long to complete. We both are very appreciative of the support and friendly advice by the team and very pleased with our new shower that is now running smoothly. Mr & Mrs Shah.

Geo Jones & Bros

George Jones Bros supplied all the sanitary ware and plumbing for my bathroom some while ago and could not have been more helpful; Mark spent ages with me, ordered in specialist products from Germany and beat the best prices I could find online.

Recently, I went back to them with a very old kitchen mixer tap. Ben immediately identified the model at a glance (despite it was probably about the same age as him!). Emily contacted the manufacturer to establish parts are no longer available and then quickly found me an appropriate replacement.

Ben has also gone to great lengths to try to find me parts for my shower.

I would thoroughly recommend Geo Jones, they are extremely professional and can't do enough for their customers.

Simply amazing service!!

Simply amazing service!! Big big thanks to Emily and Mike who literally went the extra mile in helping me sort out some complicated plumbing and pipework! Saved me a lot of time and money - I could not recommend Geo Jones highly enough.

SIMPLY THE BEST

This company are simply THE BEST. Always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. If they cant help they will always point you in the right direction. I have been shopping here for 20 years. Do your bit to keep family businesses alive and thriving.
