Once again I have visited this practice for a routine check for myself and two daughters and have been told that my appointment has been cancelled and that someone tried to call me. Of course I checked that they had correct number, (the same one they always text me on to arrange appointments) yet I had no missed calls or messages from them. Very frustrating, when you rush to get children there from school, pay to
Park etc and not even an explanation. If they had rang to cancel this would be very different as these things happen and I am understanding, yet twice now they have done this to me and my husband (he visits separately ) has also been messed about! I feel like I’m being lied to. On a different occasion I took my daughter for an emergency appointment as she fell and knocked 3 teeth out and they basically kept us waiting for an hour, not many people there, think they had forgotten us. Now looking for a professional, reliable dentist practice 😅

Good, clean dentist surgery. I have always been treated with care & respect. Last appointment was slightly delayed but understandable in present situation.

I have been going to this dentist for 4+yrs now, I’ve never had an issue with them.
The only 2 flaws I’ve seen recently is they are always running late on appointments and they never answer the phone!
It is currently a tuesday morning at half 10 and I’ve been trying to get through for half an hour.
I’ve never had this problem until the past week.
Apart from that the care from the dentists is brilliant, I am always treated with care.

I had the same problem with the bloke who wrote a review but with Mee the keep doing a filling and then they said I needed a tooth removing I said will be in 4 weeks due to my holiday I was going in for 3 weeks they said it has to be I’m done within 2 weeks I said I was in holiday for 3 weeks and they said same to me find a new dentist waste of time I refused to pay for 2 min filling that kept falling out every 2 days waste of time pay more and go elsewhere like I have done poor work and disorganised
