Overpriced work with no end result

Arrived 6 hours later than arranged, did spend 2 hours trying to repair the issue without success, not happy with being charged more than the quoted service charge and the issue not being fixed, was then told would need a new motor costing over £500, spent a lot for nothing really and would not recommend the overall service received.
