Graham installed my new boiler. Fast efficient good communication before work completed. Definitely would recommend.

Contacted them on Monday afternoon, came out 8am wed morning to fit a gas cooker as I'd previously had electric. Thought the engineer would connect the cooker to the gas then that would be it. He uninstalled the old cooker, offered to help me carry the old cooker down 3 flights of stairs, he instructed me on how the new cooker works and what to do before cooking for the first time. As well, I have autism and struggle with talking to strangers, he was so friendly and patient with explaining, definitely 110% recommend! Thank you guys so much again!!

New house build that Amber did all of the first and second fix. Paid for a 10 year parts and labour warranty on the new boiler. Received 5 year warranty once the warranty arrived. Numerous calls later to advise that we still had a 5 year warranty ,but paid for 10 years. I year later and the 5 year warranty still stands. Pressurised cylinder developed a fault, again, fitted by Amber Gas. Called the manufacturer who visited our house only to condemn the cylinder due to not being installed properly. (H&S risk) We again contacted Amber, but again, no call back. We also sent the paperwork from the cylinder supplier to Amber advising of the H&S risk and that they had refused to work on the cylinder until the faults of which there were a few, were rectified. We now have to bring in other engineers to carry out this work at an additional charge, whilst still in possession of a 5 year warranty for the boiler.

i must say the service is brilliant i live in Kent and Frank drove all the way down to give us a quote as they have taken on a big job in the area. Price was great work will start in the new year along side the other job.

GB Plumbing are an outstanding outfit. We used them to fix the plumbing in an old house, and the service was excellent. The staff are friendly, experienced, professional and courteous. They were happy to give advice on all matters, not just the reason for the callout. We have been extremely impressed by Graham and his team, and recommend them without hesitation.
