I would give 0 stars if I could. A simple job of replacing a run of 5 steps turned into a nightmare. The bricklayer had a photograph, which he did not look at carefully enough and when he realised he had made a mistake, came to me for a compromise, which I did. If I had know he was not capable of doing the calculation to give me 5 steps with the same riser height, i would certainly not have. (I have done the simple calculation and it was possible and it was easy.) so he has given me 4 steps with riser heights from 9.5" at the bottom, 5.5", 6" and 9". Sadly, I did not notice straightaway and paid. He refuses to rectify it saying it was what I agreed to (I assume by my compromise)and sees nothing wrong with it. My husband, who is 80, disabled, uses a stick, cannot use the steps safely.

I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and his team. From day 1 the service we received was outstanding and professional. Grant and his team listened to what we needed, gave advice, and delivered a garden we love, its perfect and so much more than we could have hoped for. This was a garden with the worst access down stone stairs, and then working in the snow, rain , winds and blazing sunshine, nothing was too much for this lovely family business. The attention to detail and pride in their work was brilliant and we appreciate it all. Thank you so much Grant, Dean, Billy, Brad and Alan you are the best ❤️!

I cant rate this buisness highly enough.
Grant and the lads fitted a large paved area,at the rear of our house, at Festival Park he paved around our conservatory,fitted french drains, also he re installed land drains in the garden, for us that had been wrongly fitted by a previous contractor.
Grant is extremly approachable, and the staff are very hard working, our job took 2 weeks plus.
A outstanding buisness, im in the process of contacting him again,to carry out more work,for us.-No Hesitation.!!

Came for a quote when stated and came for the job early. Guys were extremely helpful and professional. They were there from 8:30 every morning. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard

Absolutely brilliant .I wasn’t at home for some of the time when they were working but they took photos of all the stages and showed me .This confirmed for me how professional they are. They will be recommended for excellent service and punctuality and genuinely really nice lads . Thank you GB .Anymore work I need I will be using them again.
