Established in 1995, GB Copier Systems Ltd are now the biggest supplier of automated office solution in Staffordshire, serving the needs of more than 1500 businesses. For 18 years we have provided a plethora of office printing solutions to suit a huge range of organisations with vastly varying needs.

With service centres in Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton we provide our customers the back up of ten highly trained service engineers and two technical support staff ensuring the highest degree of training and support at all times.

We put our customers needs at the top of our priority list and make sure our products and services dont just meet their expectations - they exceed them. In addition to providing our customers with "on demand" print solutions and full colour facitlites, we also supply and support Digital Dictation, Mailroom Equipment (Franking), Audio Visual and Software Solutions such as Follow me Printing, Equitrac and Document Management Software!

Our Head Office is based in Burslem, we have a fantastic showroom, with a full selection of new and refurbished machines, able to copy, print and scan! We have able parking so please do not hesitate to drop in!
Our showroom offers excellent demonstration facilities, where you can see lots of different types of machines printing, scanning and copying.
We are Staffordshire's Authoriesed Reseller for Sharp. Sharp unveiled their first photocopier in 1972, following it with a range of fast new digital copiers and multifunction systems in the late nineties. Today, their worldwide printer/copier production has already exceeded 13.5 million units!
We have been an Authorised Supplier of Ricoh Products for over 15 years. Ricoh is a global leader in automated products. We offer brand new and fully refurbished Ricoh multifuctional units
GB are a Masterclass Dealer for Philips Speech Processing and an Authoried Dealer for Grundig Products. We support product in varying environments such as Terminal Services, hosted and Citrix Systems in many different types of industry - Law, Medical, Estate Agency/Chartered Surveyors
