Wifi and Ring Door Bell now work

Life Saver, I had an issue with my Wifi it was super slow in rooms other then where my router is located. John was able to recommend, install and configure a system and now I have no more internet speed issues. He also looked at installing my Ring Door bell which he did once sorting out my Wifi, he also linked the door bell to my Alexa so now I can see whose at my front door. John is a star.

Dead laptop with no access to my files. Not an issue for John.

John is brilliant, excellent value for money and will use again. I had a dead laptop with no access to my files. Not only was John able to recover my files, he rebuilt my computer, he advised me on what to buy (SSD Drive and memory), fitted it and rebuilt my laptop, The laptop now works perfectly with no lag, he also installed all my applications and email. Seriously impressive with a very can do attitude. John also took the time to find and advise on a family PC, he configured it for us and it runs so well. Thanks John.

It worked for me! I lost everything on my computer. Payroll files, VAT files, personal files. I relied on the cloud to synchronise my files and update , I assumed wrong. I never checked. John spent hours diligently and patiently using special software and retrieved thousands of my files. John would even come over late at night after a hard day in the office and work on my computer. I was given a report and advised how to take steps preventing this from happening again. John is exceptionally intelligent, genuinely caring and trustworthy. He will not give up until he tries to achieve the result you want. John, thank you. I could have been in a lot of trouble.
