Gastec plumbing & heating

My mother's boiler is insured with Saga, so when we noticed a leak at the weekend we phoned them. Saga couldn't find a local engineer to fix it and told us to look for someone ourselves and they would reimburse us. What a job finding someone, but a friend gave me the number for Gastec Plumbing and Heating. I left a message on the answerphone(this was late afternoon on a snowy/icy day). James called me back shortly after and I was relieved when I spoke to him because he identified the make of the boiler right away and said he'd come the next morning. He phoned me in the morning to let me know he'd be round within 40 minutes. He got the job done professionally and was very friendly. Thanks James for saving the day because my 90 year old mother was up to 99(excuse the pun!) and was so relieved to get the leak fixed.

Called on a Sunday for a boiler problem (no heating). Within an hour he came and fixed the issue. He knew exactly what the problem was and managed to have it done without major expenses.

Had no heating or hot water james came that day figured out the problem returned with new bit that evening was so happy that it was fixed that day thanks again.
