Gas Right

Extremely disappointed with an installation of large PVC pipe drilled through the wall in the front of the house. I'm told that it's for frost protection. It was only a replacement of Worcester Combi boiler and hoped for minimum work. I say the hollow gap in the outer wall for airflow being filled with tearing off cardboards
I read the good reviews of Gas Right and hoped that Mr Jackson would install the boiler but he didn't, it was installed by someone hired by Mr Jackson, who only popped in/out to give instruction and told me that this guy has never installed the Worcester boiler previously
Pipes under the boiler not aligned and doesn't look nice and don't even have a cover to hide it the pipes. When completed I asked if it comes with cover underneath, but said no. I noticed them getting rid of a spare part, which was actually the cover if I had not mentioned they would have left it open. Installer's name not listed and unclear/unreadable details in the installation book

I have been using 'Gas Right' for almost 10 years. I am a landlord and they look after my properties in Basingstoke. very reliable and knowledgeable.
