Gas Fireplace

We had been searching for a 'hole in the wall' fireplace. Our local fireplace shop was unable to provide what we were looking for. Nigel immediately recognized our requirements and produced a bespoke solution at a competitive price.
Gavin fitted the fireplace. He was thoroughly professional and very skillful and did a great job of fitting an impressive fireplace- just what we wanted. We are very pleased with the whole process and the speed and efficiency.

We love our new gas fire from NuFlame. Nigel was very helpful in making all the arrangements and was always quick to get back to us. We really liked the way the whole project of removing the old fireplace and fitting the new one was managed by one company. Gavin, our fitter, was excellent as he was knowledgeable and efficient in the two days he was with us. A few teething problems were sorted out quickly by both Nigel and Gavin. WE PURCHASED TWO FIREPLACES FROM NIGEL, SPENT A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, THE FIRE HAS NEVER WORKED IN EITHER FIREPLACES SINCE INSTALLED, SO VERY DISAPPOINTED, AT THE TIME OUR NEIGBHOUR ALSO HAD THE SAME FIRPLACE INSTALLED AND HER FIRE ALSO STOPPED WORKING AFTER YEAR ONE. CALLED NIGEL, DISCUSSED WITH HIM FACE TO FACE AND HE REFUSED TO REPLACE EVEN THOUGH WE SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THEM, APPARENTLY WE WERE SOLD FAULTY GOODS. STILL HAVE THE RECIEPT. LIVE LOCAL, WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!! THE MAKER OF THIS FIRE SAID THEY WERE A FAULTY BATCH AND SUPPLIER HAD STOPPED TRADING, NIGEL WAS AWARE OF THIS AS I SPOKE TO ONE OF THE FITTERS.

I ordered a gas tray burner and paid £340 for a custom made one - sent him DETAILED measurements etc - what turned up? Nothing like the measurements I had asked for. Once he has your money he doesn't care less about customer service. Read the Google reviews as well.
