Gas Connect Heating Ltd

We have been in our current property just over 12years. Two years after moving in the old boiler was condemned by British Gas. They offered us a new combi boiler but didn't give us the choice of which boiler as they only offered Green Star at that time. From day 1 it under-performed. Fast forward several years to when we changed our maintenance provider to Gas Connect Heating. We have had so many call outs because the boiler wasn't up to the job, but every time we called, the problem was dealt with quickly until last week when a repair would've been too expensive. We asked for a Vaillant, no problem! The day of installation came around quite quickly and Richard arrived early on Saturday morning. He worked alone, was very clean and did everything that British Gas did many years ago, but alone! British Gas had 4 people working here. The new combi-boiler is great and I love hot water after showering in cold for a couple of days! Gas Connect? Great people, reliable service. Excellent!!!

Very poor. Agreed a price, had a detailed description of the work. Turned up on the day and tried to double the price with no clear reason why. Avoid.

A trustworthy company who do what they say. I was very happy with the new boiler system they installed. A very competitive price for a first class job. David, the owner was very helpful explaining which system was best for my house. Highly recommended.

Fitted me a boiler recently, very reliable, friendly and professional. I popped into their office in Leigh Broadway and they couldn't of been more helpful plus I've got my heating and hot water all back on with my new boiler. Will recommend highly to family and friends. Thanks John

Really pleased we pick gas connect, they were really honest with the advice they gave us and we could tell from the start that they had a lot of experience. Can't recommend them enough if someone is looking to have a new boiler fitted. We received all the receipts in the post from the nice lady in their office along with the service and maintenance packages that they do to look after the boiler in the future.
