Contacted Gas and Air Tech for an elderly neighbour on the Wednesday the 8th Feb 23 as his central heating boiler had failed and required replacing, spoke to Sandra who was extremely helpful, especially after I informed her of my neighbours age (89) and that he was without any heating, Sandra arranged for Gino to attend the next day Thursday to assess the issue and give a quote for the required work which he gave immediately and was accepted.
Considering my initial enquiry was on 8th Feb 23 and the work completed on the 11th Feb 23 was exceptional customer service and very much appreciated let alone working on a Saturday, my neighbour and I cannot praise Gas and Air Tech and all their staff for their quick response and excellent work by John who installed the system, the installation was outstanding, explaining the operation of the instal and leaving the property clean and tidy.
My neighbour and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gas and Air Tech.

Gas and Air Technology installed a Worcester Bosch 18Ri for me just recently. I had previous got a quote from British Gas but decided to go with this company because of the good, local customer service. It all went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the new boiler - I can see from my smart metre that it's already saving me money. It took a day to do and all mess was removed. There was a delay in getting this particular boiler but I was kept informed and offered a similar alternative if needed but my old boiler kept going thankfully. Thanks to Gino, Sandra, John and Jack.

Helpful and polite. I had many questions about my heating system and all were answered and gave me confidence in that I could have my boiler changed by people that know what they are doing.
