I'm writing another review from a terrible follow up service, and to finish something simple that was promised prior to Xmas and after. Gr flooring do not respond to calls or texts, and have to be chased and chased. There is still an issue with my bathroom floor, and the finish to my stair top looks awful, as Gr flooring have not returned to complete the finished look, which I have reported, and I am now being ignored. I find this very frustrating, and after sales, once full payment has been made, is very poor. I have had to pay someone else to finish the job. Do not pay until the full job is complete. I'm very disappointed, not the initial job, but after care when things are not finished to the standard and quality I was promised. Very let down customer.
