Awful

Terrible customer service and happily goes against consumer rights. Bought faulty goods off this person (item didn't work from first use) refused a refund and incredibly dismissive and rude.
Avoid at all costs.

Is wife was very polite on the phone . I explained to her we can exchange it . repair the problem or give a credit note for the item . My signs in shop state this clearly . Then I get a call from the husband I explained the same thing to him . Then he goes on he’s already having a bad day does he really have to come to shop to sort a little over weight person out . Then he explains that I don’t want to get on the wrong side of him . I have been in the shop 10 years and never been told my life won’t be worth living.. I did explain we record all conversations on the phone . Then he goes on Facebook commenting on all my status so I blocked him . Then leaving bad feedback on here .
