Complete let down started fault finding job at my house could not find fault said he would come back after I had him £ 100 cash for 3 hours rang more than 3 times left messages but completely ignored me had new electrician and found fault and fixed with in 2 hours. Nothing worse than a tradesman that can’t follow job through. 1 star

Unfortunately limited to 1000 characters, I believe you have missed a few points. Firstly, you were aware that I was going away on holiday, secondly you promised that you were going to prep some areas of your property for further inspection over a weekend and I would be to return before my holiday which never happened, so we had to rearrange. You did call me 3 times and I assume that you would have recognised the international dialling tone, but I did send a text message asking if everything was ok so that I could respond when I was home. I was back in work for 3 days before you've taken to Yell reviews and your abusive text message. Now the point of £100, by the time I get taxed I'm left with £80 which for an electrician for 3 hrs is absolutely value for money considering I got 50% of the lights working in that time, and I can only assume that your new electrician was able to take advantage of the prep work you promised, which was indeed the information I provided in those 3 hours.

Excellent customer service and work undertaken by Gary,
he was highly recommended by Cavendish rentals Ruthin, extremely helpful - he went to do a EICR check ready for renting out my mums bungalow. Sent a video on the job and changes needed. Def goes above and beyond - Trust his work and skills -

Cant knock Gary at all
"Cant knock Gary at all.. Done a few jobs for us now. He knows what hes talking about. Friendly lad as well. He wont cut corners, and i know that as he had to fix a job a previous electrician did for us.. ¶I wont call nobody else now.¶Just a few of the jobs hes done for us; added a new plug socket to downstairs, added struts and support for TV wall bracket, added permanent hidden wiring for TV on wall. Hidden wiring from previous electrician job. ¶100% reliable and honest.
