After working on a sub contract basis for over 20 years in 2003 we decided to establish a small family run company and we became Gary Malcolm Building Contractors. We pride ourselves in providing a friendly and reliable service whilst always retaining the personal touch.

We have full public liability insurance and all our tradesmen work within regulatory requirements, i.e. our Plumbers are 'Gas Safe' registered and Electrician is 'Part P' registered, so you can be assured that every aspect of your project is undertaken by a fully qualified professional.

Over the last 20 years we have built a company with an excellent reputation for our workmanship and because the majority of our work is gained through recommendation, customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.

Redesigned Front Steps

Wonderful job. Only held up by the weather. Well worked in a narrow, awkward space. Good design by Gary, well completed. New layout is comfortable to negotiate, with larger tread depth and easier pitch. Landing included. A great job, welldone. Easier to manage, due to our older age.
Hanging onto Gary's number for future projects.

Outstanding service and excellent workmanship 😃

Gary and Jack have just completed work re-building my garden wall and re-erected the fencing for me! Absolutely great guys who pay attention to every minute detail and kept me updated throughout the process! Very reliable, friendly and also very clean as they work! Absolutely thrilled with the finished works and cannot rate this company high enough! Thank you ever so much 😃 I will definitely be using this company again 👍

I have worked with Gary and Annmarie for over 15 years providing architectural plans, specifications and submitting planning and building regulation applications for many of there clients extensions and alterations.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are professional, honest and reliable.
