Never again.

I have to say, if there was an option for no stars, I would definitely be giving this. I messaged their mobile number for 2 taxis on Saturday (this was Monday evening). It is now Thursday evening and I still didn’t have a response, therefore i decided to phone. Well… I wish I never did! I got told ‘you have left it a bit late love haven’t you?!’ He then proceeded to tell me ‘to put it lightly love, there’s nothing on Saturday’. If there was an Olympic sport for obnoxiousness, this ‘gentleman’ would definitely win the gold medal! Common courtesy doesn’t cost anything, but is vital in any service industry. I’d like to add, I have NEVER left a review before, but felt so disgusted by his rudeness, I felt compelled to do so.
