With over 150 years experience, Garners Garden Centre is still a family run business with friendly staff who can provide expert advice. We have a large tarmacked car park, situated close to Newcastle town centre and can offer a delivery service at competitive prices.

In addition to our gardening products and services, we have a large pet shop, newly extended craft centre, beautiful gift departments, and supply a large range of garden furniture, tools and DIY equipment. We now also stock a wide range of Regatta clothing, footwear, rucksacks and travel accessories with at least 30% of SRP.

Why not make the most of your visit by relaxing in our Olive Tree Restaurant? Have a coffee or tea with a selection of fresh cream cakes. Alternatively choose from our menu of freshly-prepared, home-made, hot meals.

We are selling online a variety of gardening items and plants to suit gardening need and requirement. We are main suppliers for lawn edging within the UK and suppliers of quality wood barriers for bamboo and trees, we also supply gift plants for any events, presents etc inclusive of gift pack and greeting cards. Suppliers of many exclusive gardening products such as tumbling composters, garden trolleys, kneelers etc.

Still waiting for my order

Found out that my delivery hasn't been sent out because they only have 1 person who deals with online orders and he's been on holiday so nothing's been done about it.

Poorly run business who can't do something simple as provide cover for someone whose gone on holiday.

It's been two weeks now and still not received my order.

Don't bother ordering anything online from here if you need it anytime soon.

Appalling Service.

Despite giving a delivery estimate for Rathwood Garden Furniture within five weeks of purchase in February 2021, with website showing the items are in stock, nearly six months later I am no nearer to obtaining delivery. Garners have failed/refused to answer email and no answer on telephone. I paid £989.00 upfront thankfully by credit card and am so disgusted I am now in the process of taking the issue of leading customers up the garners path with trading standards. DO NOT order from them as they will ignore you once paid for and simply pass all your communications on to their supplier in Ireland.

Snake plant

Although extremely well packaged unfortunately 3 of the leaves tips of the snake plant were bent and cracked at the top. However a jot of sellotape has improved things but overall am very pleased with this product. Very quick delivery

Excellent service from Garners garden centre

I bought a large Cactus online to be delivered to London.absolutely Fantastic service.the package was superbly packed and as a result it arrived in top condition.the Cactus was indeed a superb specimen and excellent value for money.
I would recommend Garners to anybody interested in their products.
