Disappointing service

We visited the shop in Inverurie 3 weeks ago where 2 sales assistants who were present seemed a bit unsure of the products they were selling. We arranged for someone to come and measure 3days later. The person arrived on time and was very corteous. However, no written quote or promised telephone call followed. Last week I contacted the sales dept. by email but received no reply. We are very disappointed as we really wanted to support our local business.
