Do not use in any way shape or form … started work last November 2021 … never finished majority of the work … dishonest … have been let down so many times … excuse after excuse… handed over £31k in good faith in total… had to get other builders in to finish work … even been left with a brand new door which was ordered last year that is totally wrong size .
Will not answer phone or message.. stay away from them … stress does not even come into it !!

These lot are absolute poor they don’t do anything they say they will.
their work is not great. They will not deal with the outstanding issues they have left us with or answer the phone.

Thus guy is unreliable. Dishonest. And has no respect for his customers. He has let me down so may times. And is so unprofessional that he does not answer his telephone when he is unable to explain his actions. His work has been shoddy
I would not recommend him at all

This company started a 3 week job in early May 2021. The work is still incomplete (January 2022) , and rain is coming in through the old Boiler flue that has not been removed
The house is has been left unfinished. New windows have not been fully sealed externally
Pete Gardner will not answer call, messages, texts or emails

Fantastic service from a genuine and friendly team. The work was all completed to the highest standard and I only wish I had done it sooner! I have more work to do and will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend
