A fabulous shop, with outstanding staff, who always give excellent service . We frequently find quality goods there cheaper than the big chains too.

Warranty service poor

Wife and I went into the Cirencester store with a failed steam iron about 18 months old. Man said warranty was only 1 year, in spite of the manufacturer's warranty document saying 2 years, and refused to help. Man said usage provisions had not been met.
Contacting the manufacturer direct, they agreed warranty is indeed 2 years, and was valid. They are sending a replacement.
So, Gardiner Haskins - buck up, and read the warranties, and shoulder your responsibilities.
