Terrible service from staff

Terrible service.....ordered food at the soft play to be told that due to bad weather staff would not be able to bring the food to our table. It was bright sunshine 😂. We were told to make the journey and collect it ourselves, I thought the cost of the service was in with the price. Not good service at all. Absolute rubbish.staff need training course on how to communicate with customers.

Very weak coffee, extra shots added made absolutely no difference. Shame such garden centres pay such little attention to the quality of coffee served

Are Arcadia responsible for the misinformation of prices?

I was extremely disappointed that after loading my car with eight bags of Erin compost that I had seen advertised on an Arcadia Advertising site for 4 bags for £10 that the offer had been rescinded 3 weeks ago and that the price had been increased by 60%. Obviously Arcadia had made no effort to ensure that the correct price was shown on the site. Naturally I was very upset at the intransigent attitude of the manager who was clearly not taking responsibility for this misinformation.
