Garage Door Repairman is a local family business specialising in garage door repairs across Devon and Cornwall.
In over 30 years of providing this repair service I have found that it is not often that a garage door cannot be fixed. Drawing on many years of experience I will do my utmost to rectify the problem. No call out charge, no fix no fee, work guaranteed. No hidden charges, our prices include parts and door serviced. As a small business we are not VAT registered, so not plus 20% VAT. e.g. cables, both sides replaced and door serviced £85 all inclusive. If you have been told your door cannot be repaired, get a second opinion, no charge, you have our promise that we are not going to try and sell you a new one! I am also a qualified carpenter and will re-frame existing doors. We are proud of our reliable honest reputation, quality workmanship, and our excellent, no pressure customer service. Saved me loads of money in BUDE

Everyone who needs a garage door repair SHOULD contact this business FIRST. Before I spoke to them, I contacted a national "same day" installer, who never bothered turning up three days running. Then a local supplier visited and said I needed a new door for £1,500 as it was "unrepairable". I finally found Garage Door Repairman. Howard turned up the next day in BUDE, repaired it in less half an hour, and charged me a fraction of what others had quoted for a new door. Great customer service too, really friendly and it was like speaking to a real human instead of a robot. I can't recommend this business enough, everyone else wants to sell you a new door and charge you for the privilege. Use Garage Door Repairman instead.

Very happy with the service provided

My very old garage door has been, I thought on its last legs for a very long time, finally ceasing to open at all. I had quotes for a new door thinking that was the only option, I was not happy with the unprofessionalism of the company I approached and heard about the garage door repair service. I called on the Thursday and it was fixed by the Friday, at a very reasonable price. I am so pleased and happy that the door will now last for very many years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
