We had wonderful service from all departments. Picking our front door and bi-folds with Alex was simple and all conducted in a professional manner with the quote received the next day as promised. Survey was carried out without any problems. Fitters arrived on time, fitted the door and bi-folds quickly with the minimum of disruption and cleared up any mess as they went, they did a fantastic job. Special mention for Claire who sorted out fitting before Christmas. Everyone I have spoken to or come into contact with has been professional and friendly. All in all GAP are a joy to deal with, I can highly recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish! We had a look around the showrooms where Nick from the Sales Team went through a number of different options for our new patio doors. We then had a follow-up visit at home for measurements to be taken and all the 'details' to be sorted. At no point was there any attempt to sell us more than we needed or push us into the sale in the first place. The great service continued with the survey being done to make sure everything would fit and get through to the area required. The final piece of the jigsaw was the installation...friendly, professional and courteous guys who did a brilliant job and cleared up after themselves at the end. No hesitation in recommending GAP to anyone. We will certainly use them again as and when the need arises!

Lived in house for over 25 years. Had several companies around, giving us a quotes, to replace our Guttering Soffit & Fascias. We were given various prices. We left it a year. Friends recommended to use GAP Home Improvements. We looked at their workmanship and was impressed. We invited the Salesman Nick around. He had a friendly approach and was not pushy. We appreciated his advice. The price was good. So, we went with GAP. That was a great decision. The Customer service lady Clare was very helpful. She confirmed the date and worked out how many days the fitter's should be onsite. On the day, the Roofer's Jamie and Hugh arrived they got to work straight away. Each day they tidied up after themselves. They was very polite and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable. They worked very hard, and their workmanship was very professional. It took a total of three days. The house looks amazing. We had a great experience with GAP Home Improvements, and would recommend them 100%. Thank you.
