I Bought a used ipad pro to replace a 14 year old ipad 1 For my wifes aniversary. After only a few weeks the home button started not working.
Weve been pushing the home button on the other 14 years ? Eith no problem. The manager said its wear and tear so wont fix or replace. Even tho ive emailed game prior to going to the shop and they said they would as its faulty we also rang and spoke to the shop and they also said they would replace or fix.. the manager just plain refused to do anything and said its wear and tear.. we only had it 2 weeks ?? Why does our 14 year old one work fine and the new ones only last a few weeks... im disgusted and will never use these again beware !!
