Extremely disappointing and unprofessional work.



Original work was fine until a short while later when problems started to occur with rocking and loose Slabs along with Sinking Grout which (After gaining Professional advice) was the result of spotting the slabs (not recommended by any professional for laying slabs) which has left voids.



Gainsborough came out to repair the faults but rushed the work which resulted in exactly the same problem a couple of months later.



The second attempt ended when they just left without saying a word, leaving upturned slabs everywhere with no explanation or reason!



I have now had to find a proper tradesman to come out and rectify this work.

Level of service was excellent, punctual, hard working went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. The work was completed on time, worked later if required. I am so pleased with the work it has completely changed my garden and given me the space I needed. Would definitely recommend, and I will be calling them to do my drive.
