i have just read the two reviews and find it hard to believe its the same shop i have visited on the last three trips to bath. both the owner and another younger member of staff were extremely helpful and attentive. there selection can be expensive but the quality is excellent. i look forward to my next visit. alan c ( lincolnshire)

Rude staff

An unfriendly sales guy approached me as I was walking in, and immediately began to suggest that their suits were expensive.
It was all very weird, and extremely uncomfortable.
Suffice to say, I left.

Homophobic, pretentious shop

A 30ish year old sales person (relocated there from Oxford) presented himself to us and quickly proved to be rude and homophobic, even making commentary about "having fun in bath" and of some park where "you can do that in the bushes". Highly distasteful experience. We will never return!!
