Paul gave me a competitive quote, turned up when he said he would, he did a tidy and to my understanding a meticulous work. Overall a good experience and a very friendly and polite person. Highly recommended.

I contacted G1 in the hope someone could attend quickly as a bird had fallen down the chimney and was stuck above or behind the gas fire. The poor thing was flapping about frantically. Paul arrived within half an hour and sorted it out, even though it involved removing the whole fire. He was so friendly and professional and I’m sure the bird was extremely grateful too - it flew out from behind the fire, circled the room a bit then straight out of he open window! Paul was, quite literally, a life-saver! Good karma all round! 😀 Thank you Paul
