A good Samaritan!

I can’t thank G Worrall & Son enough! After having been ripped off by a rough locksmith and left with a poorly fitted useless new lock, I needed a third party locksmith who could assess the issue, which was required by my credit card company. I certainly was going to pay for the assessment work. However, many other locksmiths declined my request because they didn’t want to get involved in a...dispute of this kind. Then amazingly, G Worrall & Son came to my rescue. They attended my flat, inspected the lock and quickly corrected faulty workmanship by the original locksmith. I felt so grateful to them but the story didn’t end there. They knew how badly I had been ripped off and were so sympathetic that they did it all free of charge! Unbelievable. They saved me from misery voluntarily - a good example of "a good Samaritan"! They are honest, sincere, kind, helpful and reliable people. When I need a locksmith next time, I will definitely contact them. I can give them tens of stars!
