Always excellent service - I have been using them since George was the boss on the old forge site in Sutton Veny, then his son, Mike, and now Tony , Alex and Lucas are providing the same quality of service.

Was recommended this garage by a second-generation local farmer years ago. It is fantastic, and our household now takes three vehicles there, some of a certain age. The MOT process is as stringent as anywhere else but is also very fair on what are Advisory issues that need dealing with in time, to an estimate, and when the parts are in or at the next service. So you get your car back temporarily!

GW Sheppard is to the motor industry what Princess Anne is to the Royal Family - hard working, achieving, uncomplaining, decent and honest!

Been using this garage for over 30 years now. Most recent visit was last Thursday 27/08/2020. New discs and pads. Service as always exemplary, never had to return with an issue and work always completed before I expect.
Rose, who manages the overseeing of clients, bookings, orders etc, always a welcome when I arrive and the guys Tony and Alex, superb knowledge, great mechanics and the best service I have received anywhere.

Took advantage of me due to my age a few years ago and didn’t actually fix the head gasket on a car I brought in but charged me over 1500 for it. Top it off they took the car in and didn’t even start working on it for a month, meaning I was without transport for most of summer. Incredibly blunt and rude woman handling transactions, tried insinuating the cars problems were my fault and seemed reluctant to help. Tried complaining and they refused to listen until a parent came with and still refused to acknowledge the poor job. Would recommend if you’ve got money to burn.
