G W School Of Motoring

I would highly recommend G W school of motoring. I started having lessons and put in for my theory straight away and passed first time with the help of an app recommended by Mr Napper. Learning to drive felt quite easy as I was taught good technique for reversing and parking. Gerwyn is a great instructor and always made me confident and relax through out.

Good instructor would recommend

It was no less than a nightmare with this instructor. He kept cancelling on me on multiple occasions. He was late. By the time I picked up the lessons, he cancelled on me and on the next lesson I had to start from Zero again. He agreed to provide me lessons before my test, but right before the test, he told me that he cannot provide lessons anymore. He took my money for the block of 5 lessons and did not refund it either. Be very careful before considering this instructor. Absolute nightmare!!

Can't say much about ability as driving instructor as only received three lessons including introductory lesson. On five occasions the instructor cancelled, illness is fair enough and engine problem is fair enough. However, random cancellations are no good to me, the key to driving I imagine is regular practice, at this point I wouldn't know. I am unable to take phone into work so when a lesson is booked I have to leave work early and ok it with work, lesson was planned for 4pm, instructor text me to try and rearrange for 2pm, I was in work and therefore in the dark, instructor decided to cancel lesson regardless. I left work early for lesson and lost two hours pay for nothing. Agreed upon times for lessons were not adhered to and had random reminders forcing me to rearrange schedule last minute, on one occasion I received no text reminder and was shocked to receive text cancelling a lesson that wasn't even pencilled in (instructor disputes this). Hugely frustrating.

Gerwyn is an excellent instructor would recommend him to anyone
