GVS are polite and very informative. know their stuff.... friendly and didn't seem to mind I stood there for over half an hour when the shop was busy trying to find out how to work a spa I didn't even purchase from them.
would recommend them....very helpful.

Non-existent customer care

We purchased a pool just over 10 years ago. We recently discovered that it was under-specified with just 1 jet where it should have 2 or 3, for circulation.
That aside, it has developed a problem with filtration but, despite phoning GVS for weeks, they haven't come out to see it and haven't called me back on a single occasion. They were cutting the call as soon as they answered and saw who was calling them yet managed to answer when I called from my mobile! I agreed to their £150 call-out charge and they then suggested I ought to try a company closer to my home (oddly they didn't recommend that when we commissioned them to build the pool in the first place!).
Last year we asked them to quote for a solar-powered cover. In the end we purchased elsewhere (sourced from the same importer) for £1000 less than GVS wanted!
GVS state they were established in 1956 -sadly, they have definitely lost their way with customer service in the intervening years. Buy your swimming pool elsewhere!
