After making the decision to get back into Motorcycling and popping in every Motorcycle Shop in South Wales for a look with my wife . I found a very warm welcome at GT Superbikes and had a great deal on a Kawasaki Versys GT 1000 , the staff were brilliant ,I ended up buying all our clothing and Helmets there as the price was right and the knowledge the staff have was second to none .

Just simply great service would recommend and use again .

Bought a battery from them and within 3 months, the battery has failed.
Bike has been checked and has no problems.
As I don't have my receipt they will not honour the 1 year guarantee, despite them having all my details on their computer system and a list of everything I have purchased off them and the battery has been dated and signed by the employee, who sold it to me.
Awful service, will now be using Thunder road.

I purchased a used 2005 Hayabusa from them and found the bike to be a real dream. The price was very fair and the sales team very helpful when I wanted extras like luggage and new tyres fitted some time later. Over the winter the original battery died (it was fairly old) and when I returned to the shop in the spring for a new battery they gave it to me for free! and could not of been more helpful. The sales team and owners are friendly, remember your name and make you feel welcome , even if you are not spending huge sums of cash every day, unlike other dealer I have met. I will use them again for sure and am already saving for my next GT superbike purchase. Many thanks .

i had a tyre changed here and they damaged the wheel in 4 places and when i approached them with the wheel and tyre they said

"its just one of those things"

when i pushed them further to get a professional repair the best they said they would do is touch it up with some paint, i have since had a proper repair, they are great at taking your money buy if they damage anything you most probably will have to get it repaired yourself,
i would defiantly not recommend this shop
