GSF Trafford Park

Went in here to purchase in person, complete waste of time. Customers left standing in reception, clearly visible through large window, to people sitting around desks. After standing there for 10 minuets, expecting someone to come out and serve, I joined the others and left. Customers were clearly seen by all the office staff, no acknowledgment at all. Classic case of 'not my job' lol.

There were plenty of staff sitting around, just useless at customer service, and counter sales. It should be noted that other branches of GSF are much better. Trafford Park GSF is just the one bad apple, which lost at least 3 customers while I was there.
