1Beth , Been some time only now seeing this. Sorry you feel this way but on the day of visit there was no mention that you were only wanting a quotation. We were at the property opening circuits breaking faults testing cables etc. We spent far more time at your property than most fault calls. If you were only wanting a quotation, you should have stated at the time. Apologize for the misunderstanding.
