Have used this company four times now and I highly recommended them. Always on time, do a very good job and reasonable rates. Just about to call them out again today.

I use this company for both servicing my gas boiler and for repairs. Even though I live in Cornwall they have come out for a boiler breakdown on the same day, telephoned to keep me updated when the engineer was leaving and really helpful. The engineer even took the time to explain where the fault was and the parts that had failed. Always helpful when I ring and nothing ever appears to be too much trouble. Highly recommended for those in Cornwall as well as Devon.

A simple leak in my toilet, required a change of washer. Materials costing around £2, the engineer who came put an extra hour on the customer satisfaction form. I was then overcharged a further hours work from ERG's administration error (which was subsequently refunded)
The whole job costed just over £300 a very expensive change of washer indeed. I gave ERG my bank details before the job which was a mistake. The engineer also didn't explain how the payment was going to be invoiced. When challenged on this directly with G R I have had no response, and ERG have been just as useless. Overall very dodgy service, looking to rip you off at every turn.
