AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID..AVOID..AVOID - DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SEND YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! I don't normally write reviews but have felt compelled to after the treatment and service I have received from this garage. my car was picked up on the 15th of December and was collected yesterday 13th of March that's over 3 months for a new bumper and headlight on Vauxhall Astra (not the hardest car in the world to sauce parts for). I was never offered a courtesy car from the garage which my insurance informs me should have been the case so was without a car for 3 months but I had let this go and just wanted my car back. when I arrived at the garage I was shocked to see that there were cars EVERYWHERE no organization whatsoever and it seemed like there were only 2 people working there!

Please do yourself a favor and save yourself mounts of stress go to a different garage!

Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing garage! We bought a van for our rescue dogs and they have literally transformed it! It was rusty, worn and had patches of paint missing. When we picked it up we couldn’t believe it was the same van as it looks brand new!

AVOID !!!

My car went into this Garage after a lorry drove into my parked car.Whilst my car is 7 yrs old it has been extremely well looked after! The Garage can provide pictures of the work being carried out but NOT close ups of the overall repair! The car came back to me damaged.The garage BLATANTLY called me a Liar despite an independent Assessor agreeing they hadn’t repaired fully!This unbelievably got overturned!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY!
I’ve asked for close up pictures of the repair (it was my mirror & some bodywork behind the mirror).They have not or cannot provide these.
After leaving this review, within minutes of doing so,the manager rang me stating he may take legal action because of it! If the garage can provide the requested close up images (you’d have to be close up to see the repair) then I will be more than happy to amend this review. I’m wondering if I’ll get another call today now I’ve amended my review accordingly?
