Once again I had to visit this store for a few item when installing my diesel heater to my ferro concrete hulled boat and again I spoke to sandra who fully understood my dilemma she ordered the corrects parts for my problem right doen to thr 5 mmm concrete drill bit heater fully installed ty sandra once again for all your professional assistance i will be back

Could not understand the sign on window (no umms or rrs thought it must be builders speak) until I stood behind an elderly lady who was trying to explain what she wanted to buy then I understood what umms and rrs were

Rude and arrogant

Good selection of items for sale but unless you know the exact location of the item you’re looking for in the store don’t ask or you’ll be spoken to as if you’re an inconvenience. They are the rudest and most arrogant people you could ever meet particularly the younger male of the group. Could do with another hardware outlet on the island to focus their minds.
