It was a real pleasure doing business with Graham. He arrived quickly and was really friendly. He measured the pane of glass that needed replacing. He was able to order the glass and get it fitted that same day. He went out of his way to help me as it had been really windy and I was frightened the cracked glass would blow out on to the pavement below. He tidied up the glass from the pavement too. I am delighted with the work Graham has completed for me. Professional, friendly and efficient. 10/10
