Poor people to deal with, very selfish. I would not recommend, like others have mentioned, I would stay away from G & T Properties. They will avoid you wherever possible and your calls/email will not be returned unless you chase over and over again.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!!!! DO NOT sign ANYTHING until you have seen all the agreement, they will happily take your money with both hands. I agree with all those who have said they are only after your money. These guys are just greedy, the directors only have a single agenda which is to take as much money as they can from anyone. As soon as they find any weak point they will peruse on that to take your money. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL, I've lost money through these guys and would not recommend G &T to any one.

DO NOT USE! They’re cheap for a reason! Plenty of other estate agents to choose from who know exactly what they’re doing. Property did not have a carbon monoxide detector and they REFUSED to install one! Landlord REFUSED to replace white goods that were supposedly ‘gifted’ yet they were on the inventory and in the properties online description. Neither gas fire was working and they REFUSED to fix them. REFUSED to replace unsafe gas cooker with only one ring working. It did not even have a chain on attaching it to to the wall! How did it pass its initial gas safety check?! On getting the keys, the freezer was full of mouldy food that they REFUSED to empty and told the tenant it was their responsibility to clean out and dispose off. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Worst people to deal with, please stay away from this company. You will simply be ignored when reporting repairs and but they will happily take their money on time. I made a mistake going through these guys and now deeply regret my decision due to signing the contract.
