Excellent service!

Gary visited today and serviced my commercial rated boiler. First time this has been done for nearly 3 years after more than a dozen other people let me down. But Gary was here within 3 days, arrived on time and was excellent. What every other reviewer has said is true - straightforward, knowledgable and efficient. Did the service, advised on problems with the hot water side that need the attention of an electrician, and the charge was very reasonable. I’ll be more than happy to have him back.

No nonsense, reliable and honest service. Was let down by my service contract provider during sub-zero conditions. They fitted me in, got me some heat whilst waiting for a part which they fitted promptly and when promised. Thoroughly recommended.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and reliable - excellent all round. Serviced my boiler and fixed toilet flush within 3 days. Such a contrast to my previous experiences with plumbers and gas servicing.

No false promises about arrival time stated that they were busy for the next two days and they did come on the day they arranged. Investigated the boiler and replaced faulty parts, reinstated and tested the system in less than an hour and a half. Whole area cleaned and tidy. Extremely cheerful and very reasonable rates. I wouldn’t call any other engineers and have no trouble recommending G & S Services to anyone who has heating/boiler problems.
