G & P Ceramics

G & P stated that they would be done ion 4 days and that he had another job to get to. I requested that the full 5 days be spent on the job to ensure it isn’t rushed which will lead to issues.
After 2 attempts to complete the job to the required standard, I am left with the following:-
1. Hallway floor was not levelled resulting in uneven tiles
2. Tiles were not cleaned and grouting was not done evenly as a result of not levelling the floor.
3. Tiles were not properly colour enhanced and sealed.
4. Marble tiles were left with swirl marks and not polished as required eve after 2 attempts. Gary blamed this on the sealant that was already on the tiles. I know isn’t the case as the same tiles have been cleaned and polished previously with no issues
5. Marble tiles damaged with bubbling on top.
6. Marble tiles damaged due to the fact that seal/polish liquid was sprayed on them. Gary tried to blame this on something burning it even though he knew well what caused it.

From start to finish G & P Ceramics showed professional competency. They brought with them a wealth of experience and expertise which they used to overcome issues with my project. They had some great advice and design ideas which enhanced the appearance of my kitchen/diner & hallway. We found them to be polite and accommodating. All round a fantastic job. I have future projects coming up and will look no further. I am very happy to recommend G & P Ceramics.

When I called in G & P Ceramics I thought I had a plan in mind but after Gary had installed 50-60 square meters of floor tiles he came up with a great solution to our skirting needs with the sugestion of tile upstands. We liked this concept for practical reasons such as floor mopping. So we asked him to do this. From start to finish G & P Ceramics were very Proffesional, respectfull and considerate to our needs in a 'special needs environment'. Our next project for 2013 will definatley include G & P Ceramics.

This company took on my bathroom total tiling work at short notice and completed a good quality job in 3 days. I would use again.
