Ordered 7.15 est. delivery 8.15. After 6 calls mostly not answered or through to an answer machine and told at 8.45 delay was due to football traffic(8.45 really!) I finally spoke to another lady that said it would be here by 9. It finally arrived at 9.15 2 hours after I ordered it with dishes missing and cold and congealed and crispy chilli chicken all soggy. No offer of any refund or an apology or explanation. My order was over £36 so not just a dish for one. I was embarrassed as by this time my guests were looking at my dog with knives and forks poised. Disgusting service and will not only stop using them for takeaways but will not be visiting the restaurant either. Extremely irate Sharon from Newcastle
