Terrible customer service with a rude manger

They delivered to the wrong address I spoke to a worker who was polite and apologetic but when I spoke to a manager he was rude refused to correct his mistake or come to any sort of compromise and then hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I lost all of the money I had spent as a regular customer and ended up with out my food. I have never written a bad review but I feel this needs to be said as a warning to future customers.
