I got a dry cut done by Phuong. He was great, did exactly what I asked and even showed me how best to blow dry my hair.So happy with my cut. Would highly recommend, Phuong really knows his stuff!

So. Post Lockdown hair trim and style. £45 with the senior stylist. I got the last appointment of the day on 4 July 2020. Pheong (?) was giving me spiel on my hair type and how it didnt need much doing to it. When clearly the ends were in need of a chop. He was not keen on a sleek finish on my hair and only blow dried the top without blow drying underneath claiming he didnt think it needed it. At this point, I had lost confidence in him and i left the salon with a messy finish and £45 out of pocket! Slack service guys!

The first time I went to this saloon, I was satisfied with the service of the Chinese lady with a short, pixie hair. The second time around, I was given the trainee staff to colour my hair for the price of a senior staff service. She is a nice person, however, she wet my face twice while rinsing my hair and despite of taking a long time to wash my hair, I found a lot of dye at the back of my ears, and on my hairline when I went home. She was apologetic when she wet my face, and I understand that she was just learning her job. But this is the first time in my life to have this experience and I do not think this is quality service. My husband went to this place as well to have his hair cut. But was told there was no one available to do it. But two staffs are on the nails station, one was doing the nails of another staff. I don't think staffs should be getting services during duties, especially whilst on uniform. This doesn't look nice at all and very unprofessional..

I love it here, I come back time and time again for nails, lashes and brows. The pedicures are amazing too and I love the massage chair.
